Elite Nepal Training and Management Pvt. Ltd. is a global training company delivering the very best British accredited security training to ‘One Standard One World’, having incorporated on 11 October 2018 by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Office of the Company Registration No. 201032/075/076 has recently been launched in Nepal and is affiliated by STA from UK.
The aim of this institute is to promote and up skill the competencies of candidates those who are willing to explore on security functions and its operational measures. It proffers ability to candidates to fit for national and international courses relates to security operations. Classes are run by well experienced, qualified, trained and certified trainers by STA U.K.

Elite Security Level 2 Training
Qualification Criteria:
- SLC passed, diploma or equivalent
- Nepalese citizenship and valid passport holders
- Good health, emotionally stable, mentally alert and able to perform job responsibilities.
- Good work and character background
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluent both orally and in writing of English language
- Honorably discharged (if an ex-police man or an army)
- Ability to operate under any odd and adverse situation.
Enrollment Procedure:
- Original valid passport is must.
- Mandatory assessment of English Language and Physical fitness.
- Students must be regular in training class.
- Grooming standard is obligatory to all students.
- Ground rules to be followed at all the times.
TRAINING ACTIVITIES
- Perform Practical & theory classes.
- Self defense & physical classes are also demonstrated during the session.
- Maximum occupancy or the number of students will be 12 in each class.
- Every day the class runs for 7 hours (09h00 to 17h00).
- Ensure the involvement of fire emergency equipment’s during the training class physically.
- Trainees will be manned in different locations to enable them working on sites practically.
- Radio communication & fire drill is carried out practically on the site.
- Train on first aid procedures & uses of First Aid Equipment’s (CPR / AED).
- Provide control room training (CCTV, Fire Panel, MCP, Emergency Number, Public Voice Address System, Bomb Threat Procedures, Telephone Handling, Lost & Found Enquiry, Emergency Procedures & Equipment’s), Conflict Management, Health Safety, Close Protection etc.
